Your first facial is about more than simply treating your skin—it’s about getting to know your skin. We’ll begin by talking through your current skincare routine, your skin concerns, and what you’d like to improve. We’ll discuss the conditions or concerns that bother you most, what you would ideally like to see improved, and what you hope to achieve from your treatments.

From there, I’ll assess your skin and take into consideration your skin history, lifestyle, products, and any recent treatments or procedures. This allows me to determine what your skin actually needs—not simply what’s trending or what you may have seen online. Your treatment will then be customized specifically for your skin on that day. Depending on your needs, this may include professional exfoliation, extractions, advanced modalities, LED, microcurrent, or other targeted techniques. You’ll also leave with a better understanding of your skin and recommendations for how to support your results at home. Think of your first facial as the beginning of a skincare strategy—not a one-size-fits-all treatment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within the timeframe outlined during your booking through GlossGenius. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the cancellation fee outlined at the time of booking.

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the applicable no-show fee and may be required to prepay future appointments.

Payment is due at the completion of your service. We accept the forms of payment available through our booking platform. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Because services are personalized and performed at the time of your appointment, all services are final and non-refundable. However, if you have canceled your appointment before the 24 hour cancelation policy takes effect your deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanges for cash except where required by law.

Our Union Square skincare studio is easily accessible for clients throughout Manhattan and New York City, including Gramercy Park, Flatiron District, East Village, Greenwich Village, NoHo, Chelsea, Kips Bay, Murray Hill, Midtown Manhattan, and surrounding NYC neighborhoods.
Located near the 14th Street–Union Square subway station, our studio is convenient for clients traveling from across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and other parts of New York City.
