At GoldielocksNYC Beauty LLC, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide you with an exceptional, personalized skincare experience. The following policies help us honor both your time and the time of every client we serve.

Appointment Reservations

Appointments may be booked online through our secure booking platform, GlossGenius. A valid payment method will be required to reserve your appointment with a deposit to hold your appointment. Failure to complete your deposit will forfeit your appointment.

Please ensure that all required client intake forms, consent documents, and health questionnaires are completed before your scheduled visit.

Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time in order to remain on schedule for the next client. Depending on the length of your delay, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within the timeframe outlined during your booking through GlossGenius. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to the cancellation fee outlined at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the applicable no-show fee and may be required to prepay future appointments.

Payment

Payment is due at the completion of your service. We accept the forms of payment available through our booking platform. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates make a thoughtful gift and may be redeemed toward any eligible service. Gift certificates are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and should be treated like cash.

Health & Safety

For your safety, please notify us before your appointment if:

You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

You have started or stopped any medications.

You are using prescription skincare products.

You have recently received injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, or surgery

You are experiencing illness, fever, cold symptoms, or a contagious skin condition.

Your treatment may need to be modified or postponed to ensure your safety and achieve the best possible outcome.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm, relaxing environment for every guest, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Mobile Devices

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the studio, we respectfully request that mobile phones be silenced during your appointment whenever possible.

Photography

With your permission, clinical progress photographs may occasionally be taken to document your skincare journey. No photographs or videos will be used for marketing, advertising, social media, or educational purposes without your separate written consent.

Treatment Results

Healthy skin is a journey—not a single appointment.

Your results depend on many factors, including your skin condition, lifestyle, genetics, consistency with home care, and adherence to post-treatment instructions. While we strive to achieve exceptional outcomes, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

GoldielocksNYC Beauty LLC is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful experience for every client. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior.
